Jeff Green and Colleen Lauerman formed GLC to provide zealous and creative legal representation to clients across a broad spectrum of businesses and professions. Jeff and Colleen offer over half a century of combined experience from their time in the disciplined Big Law practice at Sidley Austin LLP to serve our clients in courtrooms and conference rooms of all types. We formed GLC because we sought to continue practicing in a more nimble and personal way.
Large institutions offer tremendous resources, but we have found that our clients often are looking for more intensive advising in the old-school way – trusted advisors who are present when the need arises, and in the wings and out of the way otherwise. We provide the care our clients seek, and we put a premium on client satisfaction and providing added value above all else.
GLC’s size and experience allow us to take on different and unusual projects and, where necessary, team with others, including our former colleagues at Sidley, to ensure adequate person-power while maintaining the excellence our clients demand.
